July is closer than it looks, and the 2026 Buffalo Garden Fling is shaping up to be something really special. We're expecting about 80 garden content creators—YouTubers, Instagrammers, Facebookers, TikTokers, bloggers, podcasters, newsletter writers, photographers, and newspaper columnists—to descend on Buffalo, July 9-12, for three days of garden tours, great conversation, and a whole lot of content creation.


That content doesn't stay in Buffalo. It spreads to hundreds of thousands of readers, viewers, and followers across every platform you can name. It is content that lasts forever online. And your brand can be part of it.

We still have sponsorship spots available, but April 30 is the deadline—both for sponsor commitments and for ads to appear in the printed Fling Program Guide. After that, the guide goes to print, and the swag bags get packed.

At the Event
  • Only sponsors may have items in attendee hotel swag bags—putting your product directly in the hands of around 80 influential content creators

  • Opportunities to provide door prizes for attendees

  • Sponsor representatives are invited to attend the Fling and meet attendees in person (note: only about 20 spots remain for the event itself, so don't wait).


The Attendee Contact List—This Is the Real Gold 

Superbloom ($3,000) and Bloom ($1,000) sponsor levels receive the email and contact information of attendees who have given permission to be contacted. What you do with that list is entirely up to you. 43 of the 56 confirmed attendees to date have given permission to share their contact information. Some ideas from past sponsors and from what this audience uniquely makes possible:

  • Send a personal welcome email with an exclusive discount code for Fling attendees

  • Mail product samples to attendees before the event so they arrive already familiar with your brand

  • After the Fling, ship product for influencers to trial and post about to their own audiences

The Fling has a history of great relationships with sponsors within the horticultural industry as well as local and regional sponsors for each Fling. Your support helps defray the Fling costs, such as garden admissions, meals, facility rentals, and transportation.
